Who knew Covid would take over the world a few months later!!!

The Museum itself was fantastic.   

The sprawling display of motorcycles from all the different era's is amazing.

These pictures will never do justice to seeing them in person.  Highly recommended!

I think this was the first year back for this show...  I'll do some research.

It was a really nice little show and I hope it is back next year.  It may have been limited to brands?

What I've been up to lately...

My most recent project is a 1978 BMW R80/7 Frame up Restoration. This was the last motorcycle left when closing Cycle-Tech and belonged to a friend.

After 20+ Years of being moved around in various stages I dedicated 2023 to getting it done!

It has been finished and I'm 200 miles into the 500 mile break in before customer get's it back!

Where it all started...

Cycle-Tech Motorcycles started in a downtown location in Mansfield, MA but I was never allowed to open...  Zoning and a "Mob" of neighbors was going to keep the bad motorcycle shop out of town.    Fun Times...

I did manage to open up Cycle-Tech Motorsports a few blocks away after being closed for a year.  Again, Fun Times...

I had a pretty good run until the writing was on the wall, Building was going to be torn down to make way for a new building for the owners insurance company and I had rain pouring in the roof.   Closed up around 2003.

I became trained as an MSF Rider Coach in April of 2001.

I can't begin to think of how many students I've trained to ride motorcycles and 3-wheelers...

I've also been servicing training motorcycle's for over 20 years and I know my CB250 Nighthawk's pretty well!!  :)

I first Joined the staff of Precision Harley Davidson around 2002-2003?  I'll figure it out one of these Days...
Even though I had been a shop owner on my own and had been a Tech most of my life I was put in the parts Dept.
Not a surprise since the first time I tried to work at HD after graduating from the American Motorcycle institute they said I'd need a couple of years sweeping floors first??

I spent approximately 8 years working as a Technician at Madhouse Motors in the Boston Area.  I had the privilege to work on some very interesting motorcycles!!

I worked on most of the motorcycles shown but not all of them.  Madhouse was at times a collaboration of many people with many skills all put together to build stuff under the direction of owner J. Shia

Turn an unused warehouse into a Dealership for one of the fastest growing brands on the planet...

Unfortunately ownership never had any vision and it failed.

The Petersen Automotive Museum is in Los Angeles, CA

It is well worth the trip...
